Shared Transfers
We do a Heathrow / Central London shared service @ GBP 18.50 per person (each way)

Maximum of 8 passengers per vehicle
Inbound
-
On clearing customs passengers meet their driver at the information desk in the Arrivals Halls of each Terminal.

Drivers will hold a board with names on

Flights are met individually so clients do not have to wait more than 45 minutes for their transfer to depart
Outbound

A 30 minute time slot will be given for collection from the hotel (usually 3 hours prior to check in time)

Clients must be checked out and waiting by the concierge desk (hotel lobby) with luggage at the commencement of this period

On arrival at LHR the driver locates a luggage cart for the passengers and directs them to the check-in area

Excessive luggage or large items of luggage
Please note:
On inbound service driver will wait maximum 90 minutes then depart and refunds will not be paid
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are charged in full
Supplements (currently 50%) apply to 25th & 26th December and 1st January
This is a hotel service only (2 star +) and does not service B&B’s, Youth Hostels and Private Residences (unless specifically agreed)
No discounts operate for Children and children’s ages must be stated on booking
In the event of significant rises in the cost of fuel then fuel surcharges may be added
Large items such as Skis, surfboards, wheelchairs and golf bags can not be transported on this shared service
